By accessing or using Viper Tuner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Beta Software

As a beta user, you understand that:

• The software may contain bugs or errors
• Features may be incomplete or change significantly
• The service may be interrupted for updates or maintenance
• Your feedback helps shape the final product

Access Codes

Access codes are personal and tied to your email address. You may not share, sell, or transfer your access code to others. We reserve the right to revoke access codes that are misused.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Viper Tuner only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
• Use the service to develop a competing product
• Share access codes or circumvent access controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Intellectual Property

Viper Tuner and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Anahata Audio LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Viper Tuner is a tool to assist piano tuning. The quality of tuning results depends on many factors including microphone quality, environment, and user skill. We make no guarantees about tuning outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANAHATA AUDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anahata Audio LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
